I have spent the bigger part of my career at Rabobank Nederland in Utrecht, the last 10 years of which I was responsible for the Corporate Management Traineeship (CMT) programme. Before that I was working in several management support positions at executive board level.

In my role at the CMT programme I was responsible for (international) assignments and starter positions for 50 trainees per year, with the main objective of attracting female top talent.

I am most proud of my role as initiator of several think tank sessions within Rabobank, from which many successful start- and scale ups have emerged.

In 2017 I joined InsideOut Executive Search as Associate Partner. InsideOut Executive Search is a company that has built an excellent reputation in the recruitment of (strategy) consultants. In this role I mainly focused on recruiting of female top talent.
